CUSTOMIZABLE HTML EMAILS

Download the relevant PC or Mac file, and Unzip it. Double-click on the file and it will automatically open Microsoft Outlook. Once the email appears, you can click on relevant sections of it and update the information with your organization name, dates, contact info, etc. If you mess up, just open the template again and start over. Once you have the email as you like, be sure to “Save” it. Then you can send the customized Food Drive email to potential supporters within your organization or to anyone you think may wish to support your efforts.
