Welcome, we are glad you found us!
We provide free, supplemental food a day to an average of 150 people each day. Our shoppers are families, older adults, and individuals. Some folks may need a food pantry to close a financial gap. Others may be experiencing homelessness. We understand there are a variety of circumstances that impact food insecurity. We serve anyone who comes to our door! There is no requirement to show ID for any shopping at the pantry.
We kindly ask that you do not arrive prior to the time the doors open at 9:00 a.m.
We have a small staff and our shopper numbers have grown. Arriving on time also helps us provide a more safe and welcoming place for everyone.

What to Expect
Shopping is open on a walk-in basis, no appointment needed.
While Hope Pantry is “first come, first served”, we restock the shelves and cold cases all day long! We do our best to make sure everyone has equal access to food regardless of what time they shop.
How Do I Shop?
Shoppers are welcomed at check-in and we may ask a few brief questions to identify if you are eligible for any expanded offerings in addition to the pantry’s food supply (for example, TEFAP, a federal food assistance program.)
Then a volunteer shows you to the pantry shopping floor. You’ll have access to shelf stable items, fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, produce, bread and grains. We strive to provide a variety of meatless alternatives whenever possible.
Sometimes there are limits. For example, a shopper with a refrigerator can use a gallon of milk. While a shopper without a fridge needs a single-serving milk. Everyone is encouraged to respect any posted limits and select what they need. Autonomy and dignity are keystone of the shopping experience!
After you finish your shopping you will proceed to weigh-out, where the food is weighed and recorded. Your shopping is complete and you will exit. Keeping the shopping flow moving helps us serve more people.
